Radio Stoke at the Battle of Nantwich re-enactment
The BBC Radio Bus will be attending the Battle of Nantwich re-enactment.
Radio Stoke will be broadcasting their programmes from the bus.
Better still the bus has interactive facilities for both children and adults to see how programmmes are made and broadcast.

Battlefield Trust 'Walk and Talk'
The Battlefield Trust 'Walk and Talk', a walking trip and commentary to the battlefield and back, will start at Acton Church at 10am. It finishes in plenty of time for seeing the parade and battle later.

Bed and Breakfast Accommodation
We have received word that Nantwich Elim Church is able to offer B&B at Regents Park should you need accommodation at a rate of £25 per night. Please contact Michelle at michellenunn@me.com should you need any rooms.
The church have kindly offered rooms to us in the past and we are extremely grateful to them for helping us out again.
'Funky' Holly Holy Day Promised!
The Organisers of the Nantwich Holly Holy Day 2012 have announced some of the entertainments that will be included in next January's celebrations - which will include a stage performance from The Funky Choir during the morning of the event!

First details of the 2012 event
17th Century musicians Forlorn Hope have confirmed that they are up for the Holly Holy Day gig again. Last year they played the Church Hall and were very well received.
Sealed Knot have also confirmed that the Living History exhibition will also be visiting again, with their life like re-creation of aspects of everyday life during the Civil War period - always a popular attraction.
As a Celebration of the 40th anniversary of the re-enactment aspect of Holly Holy Day, the theme of the day will be widened to a celebration of Historic Nantwich Throughout the Ages - stand by for more details!
